HOW TO EASILY BOOK YOUR TRIP WITH US
Thank you for allowing us to serve you! Our quote process is really simple and will save you 10% on your booking costs. Please make sure NOT to include SPACES or other SPECIAL CHARACTERS when inputting information into computer. All VERBAL quotes are not binding and are just estimates. After submitting your quote online we rush to get an OFFICIAL QUOTE! When you receive your official quote you will have a link in the middle of the page that says: "Click here to convert this quote into a new reservation here ..............". PLEASE CLICK THERE to convert your quote into a NEW reservation. It will ask for your Visa/Mastercard/Discover card information. Once we have that we will deduct $100 as an initial payment towards the full price of the trip. Please keep in mind that our drivers don't have credit processing abilities on the bus so you must pay with credit BEFORE and their's a 5% surcharge for all credit transactions.
Here are some important reminders to you
- All transactions will have $100 debited from your Visa/Mastercard/Discover. This is an initial payment and is non refundable. The REST OF THE PAYMENT is due in CASH the day of the trip before the trip is underway. For larger trips we reserve the right for larger initial payments and you will be notified in your initial quote before we do so.
- CHANGES TO ITINERARIES may be executed only at the discretion of SD HOT LIMOS. To submit a request please respond with the same email you were given your quote or reservation confirmation and please make sure to add a SUBJECT along with Ref # in the subject line in the email.
- PLEASE DO NOT CALL TO CONFIRM YOUR RESERVATION! Unless you HAVE NOT gotten a confirmation from us with a contract. Please do look in your "Junk" folder first.
